You’ll need:
3 cucumbers, thinly chopped
1 cup edamame
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 bunch mint, roughly chopped
Crispy rice:
Cook 2 cups long-grain basmati rice
Spread rice on a baking tray and eyeball in:
