Shawarma Salmon & Couscous Salad: The Dinner You Didn’t Know You Needed
A dinner that hits all the right notes—crispy, creamy, fresh. Shawarma-spiced salmon paired with a herby couscous salad featuring crispy rice, plus the creamiest homemade tzatziki. Easy enough for weeknights, elevated enough to impress. Honestly, 10/10.
