Fancy-Looking, Lazy-Girl Mediterranean Eggs
Current hyperfixation: Mediterranean baked eggs.
It looks fancy, but it’s giving minimal effort—just eggs, olive oil, za’atar, cheese, and a few toppings (I’m using what I had: basil, Monterey cheese, but goat or feta is even better). Into the oven for 8 mins at 400 degrees, broil for a golden edge, and done. Perfect with sourdough + a drizzle of chili crunch or Sunny’s green tahini.
10/10 for flavor, 2/10 on the effort scale.
